Wow. This was one great, fresh Italian buffet with baguettes, fresh cheeses and patisseries. We don’t normally eat buffets like this so it was a real treat

A very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for one person (would feel a bit tight for two, but ideal solo). The hotel is well located in Cannaregio, slightly away from the busiest areas, which made it noticeably quieter while still very walkable. Reception was a highlight: the two women at the desk were genuinely lovely and welcoming throughout my stay. Breakfast was good and perfectly fine when included, though I probably wouldn’t pay extra for it separately. No need for extensive facilities, everything worked as it should, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, a short walk from the water bus as well as a main street. This kept it quiet in the late evenings and early mornings. Staff was very welcoming and made excellent recommendations for dinner, transportation, etc. A wonderful breakfast was included with our rate. Fresh, hot and cold items. Our room was very clean and comfortable. (Bed felt medium/firm to us) We appreciated the amenities too.

The staff was extremely helpful, and the breakfast buffet was better than we were expecting. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices - not just a bunch of different breads. This hotel is a little off of the beaten path, which makes it quiet at night. The rooms are a bit outdated, but that did not take away from our experience. We would stay here again.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Italy 🇮🇹. Nada was very nice and friendly she welcomed me warmly, explained everything about the hotel, and even gave me a map with helpful tips to explore the city. The rooms are modern, spotless, and beautifully decorated I especially loved the green color theme. The location is also great: just a 4-minute walk to the water taxi and about 15–30 minutes from the main attractions, depending on your pace. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay here!

A very reasonably priced hotel in Venice overlooking a canal and extremely walkable to all the sights in Venice. Easy to get to from the boat stop (beware pickpockets!). Room was very spacious - we had a suite as my husband and I were travelling with our 20year old daughter and there was a large sofa bed made up for her in the sitting room that she said was comfortable. Friendly and professional staff who were also very welcoming to our dog
