The hotel has a very convenient location, and a wonderful staff. Walking to the city center museums is very easy. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. There are restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. Didn’t have a car so can’t tell how car friendly it is.

Lovely hotel with an authentic Austrian vibe and beautiful staff. A very easy 15minute walk into central Vienna made it a perfect location. Room was always cleaned impeccably. Breakfast was also lovely . Small offering of hot food , a great variety of pastries and cakes, plus cheeses, cold meat, yoghurt, cereal and fruit. We always felt well looked after here and would stay again when we next visit Vienna.

Wonderful traditional hotel

Lovely traditional hotel ten minute walk to the Opera House and centre. One minute from station. Room very clean and lovely cakes put in the room to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Very helpful staff and great customer service. Great breakfast and their restaurant also gave us some goodies to celebrate birthday and lovely food. Would highly recommend.

Great Vienna stay!

Loved our start. The hotel has a great older charm, but everything was nicely renovated and modern. We loved the breakfast and the easy access to public transport. The staff are amazingly friendly as well!

A beautifully kept hotel with extremely helpful and polite staff. The breakfast was excellent and the bar and restaurant areas were welcoming and comfortable. The location is good with easy access to public transport links and is only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the town centre. Highly recommended.
