Cleanliness.

NH is one of the greatest hotel I’ve stayed with when it comes to cleanliness. I didn’t stay very long because my flight was too early but staying here was very comfortable and convenient because it’s a walking distance to the airport.

Room was spacious and very nicely appointed. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Plus you can walk right across the crosswalk to catch an early morning flight. We would highly recommend for Vienna airport hotel.

The hotel and surrounding area are very clean and efficient. The room was nice and the included breakfast was great. The only issue was that the booking said there was Air conditioning. Thats a lie. Its just a light room temperature brees coming from the ceiling vent. You don't feel it. You need to sleep with the window open, so you have to hear honking and planes landing.

The NH Hotel is right at the airport. You just walk across the street yet the hotel is quiet and peaceful. We went back to dine at Wolfgang Puck's restaurant which was really good--no need to travel for a meal. The only complaint is that they only have one person on duty at the front desk which meant a longer than desirable wait to get the room key.

Don't Book

This hotel is a total misrepresentation of what the site states. You start out by getting a ticket while unloading your luggage. The website should offer a clear warning of this. I'll note, we received a ticket immediately while the car we were pulled up behind remained parked and un-ticketed for several hours after we received a ticket. The hotel states that they have A/C however you arrive to your musty room to find out it does not keep it on in the rooms to save money. We were told this by the person who checked us in. So basically you are forced to open the window and listen to planes, busses & people all night long...and the smell of jet fuel. Didn't get a moment of sleep due to it. The hotel also states that there is a buffet as well as an ala carte menu. Well we were told at 8PM when we were ready to sit down for dinner that the kitchen was too busy to provide ala carte, so we were stuck paying almost $40 pp for a disgusting and barren buffet. It was really unbelievable. We were there for at least an hour and never was anything replenished. It was a barren dried up and filthy mess of a buffet. My suggestion is if you have an early flight which we did/hence making the choice to stay here, your best off both eating AND sleeping in the airport terminal. It was that bad.

Although the exterior of the hotel looks good, the rooms are very small with limited space to move around. Air conditioning was not working and we had to open the windows to have some ventilation. The biggest advantage is that the hotel is within a few minutes walk to the airport, so very convenient if you have an early morning flight. Other than that, there are not many positives that I can think of.
