Absolutely amazing resort for all ages. Close to the airport. Food was exquisite!! Staff were beyond friendly. Plenty to do at the resort but also plenty to do outside of the resort through excursions or transportation. Our family of 4 had the best time and can not wait to return!!

The staff was very nice. The property is a bit older but not terrible. The grounds were well maintained. The beach is awful-not their fault-there is an enormous amount of grass!! Beautiful views off shore. Food was very good! It rained most days but it was rainy season so it was expected. The rain did not interrupt our fun too much. I really liked the resort as a whole, but not sure I’d stay there again. I love St. Lucia but would rather stay on the other side of the island-away from the grass. This resort is not “high end” but we’re down to earth people so it was absolutely fine. I would recommend for those that would like to stay at a nice, reasonably quiet resort with friendly staff, and good food. If you want the beach to be great, this is not your place.

Absolutely amazing!! We have been to many Caribbean islands and we now have our favorite… especially for having active 9 and 11 year old boys!! Delicious food, engaging activities, kids club is divided by ages, set up is perfect, very clean, drinking water was deliciously fresh, the pools don’t close so you can do night swimming, super close to the airport, awesome excursions… can’t say enough!

The people of Saint Lucia and so lovely and kind. Especially Brad at the main restaurant. The resort was lovely and so close to the airport. Just be aware the beach is not usable because of the seaweed and waves.

Overall loved this resort. If you’re into beach time then not recommended given the sea weed and limited beach area. With that said the staff, the food and the pools were wonderful. It was the perfect size for our small family of 3 to enjoy activities, entertainment and great food without the hassle of taking a cart to and from places. Obve the family section is renovated we’ll definitely be back!

I highly recommend this resort. However, just know when you go that there is no beach/ocean to be enjoyed on the property. It is loaded with seaweed which the resort is very transparent about. It just comes with the deal. We otherwise had a phenomenal stay. Would def come back.

I liked the fact that it was all inclusive. The food and drinks were delicious. I did not like the room. It was for the disabled and required a lot of clean up as there was no shower curtain or door. The sink was too low and hurt your back.

Our family had an amazing trip to Coconut Bay. There were no issues accommodating our party of 8 in the restaurants and there was plenty of space at the pool for us to all stay other. Transfer to and from the airport was seamless. The staff was so friendly with my two little nephews and really enhanced our experience as a family. The oceanfront massages were like nothing I have ever experienced before and I highly recommend them. I would absolutely return to Coconut Bay.

The facility and staff were great. The beach was unusable, the seaweed invaded the beach. The food was great. Besides the beach my issue is that you are only allowed to make one reservation per restaurant for the evening and there were only 4 restaurants (not counting adults only restaurant and the restaurant you have to pay additional for). They say to can go and see if there is a cancellation, but you could wait over an hour to be seated.
Could use the beach during our stay.

One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at! The food at the dinner restaurants was exceptional. I ate lunch from The Jerk treehouse near the pool everyday—it serves authentic jerk chicken, and other jerk meats, with rice and peas and plantains.The drinks are very well made throughout the resort and the staff is incredible; they are very kind and hospitable. I highly recommend this resort as it offers get service and won’t disappoint.
