The room was super dirty everywhere, when they gave me the room there was no ac, front desk told me they were going to sent Maintenace and he started to said that they were to old and since there was only one vent it would take time to cold, we waited 5 hours to cold and never cool down. To dry our hair the smoke detector went off and the maintenance person didn’t know what to do to turn in off, waited 1/2 hour in the room to the alarm to be fixed and nothing, next morning the same maintenance guy told us that he didn’t know what it was and he left the property without fixing it. Thank God that I requested a room change otherwise that guy would leave us with the alarm going off Overall super bad experience Won’t recommend it to anytime to stay plus to many homeless and drunk people around Parking is $65 valet or a outside and outside there’s no parking at any time

I did enjoy the stay. I can say that the beds in the sheets on the beds should’ve been much cleaner, but other than that, the employees and staff were very nice in any problems or concerns that we had was taken care of quickly.

The hotel had a stinky odor even in the rooms. We had to be moved to a different room because someone was smoking marijuana in the room next to us. There was mold on the walls in bathroom and the first room we were in there was some kind of tint peeling from the mirror. Would never stay there again.

Further from the center of the city than I thought. Customer service needs work. No extra blanket or pillows. No microwave in room. Tried to get hot water they didn't have but someone at front desk went to the back and handed me a half cut of hot water from somewhere. Couldn't exit on departure sliding doors stopped working.

Not Bad

We arrived in the evening, and check-in time was at four. The front desk staff was very accommodating. Valet parking was convenient but cost $76 per night. The room was clean and well-stocked, but when we needed to use the sofa bed, there were no linens provided. We were informed that we had to pick them up from the front desk since housekeeping was closed. Unfortunately, there were no extra pillows, so we had to share what we had. The sound machine was a thoughtful addition to help drown out the traffic noise from New York Ave. Only the ice machine on the 12th floor was functional. We missed happy hour, which ran from 4-7 pm. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The location was convenient, and we felt safe going out at night.

The good 5 minute quiet walk to the metro station Staff was very friendly Main lobby was very neat and clean The bad Our room was given away on the first night of our stay due to some event. The manager booked us a stay with another hotel which was good however I spent $35 on Uber fees to and from the hotels and it was 11:00 at night from traveling all day. The only negative was the $5.50 charge for bottled water.

Confused about which Hyatt Place is which. (I went to the wrong one.) Hall was hot. Room needs repairs (missing threshold, no USB ports, dirt vent). Breakfast was great!

Staff was never to be found was 5-15 wait at desk to check in. Waiting on parking. House keeping never serviced the room. Had to wait with others another 5-15 mins for towels. Room and floors smelled of cigarettes and marijuana for a smoke free building was disgusting I will never book with this place again.
