The whole floor that I was staying on lost electricity. Although they did get me a room on the next floor down because I need electricity to sleep because I have a CPAP machine. And then in the morning the toilet clogged and it took a long time to get somebody to come and take care of it. The carpets were dirty the place was run down. The staff for the most part did their best to rectify the situation.

We decided to stay an extra night and the girl at the front desk was very helpful in getting us the best price and in enabling us to keep our rooms without changing. Good help is not always easy to find so I want to commend it!

Hello! We chose and arrived at this hotel 2 hours ago and when we entered our room after registration we saw dirty stains, hair and all sorts of small debris in the beds. Broken furniture, no hot water. When we asked to change the room, they gave us a dirty room too. And it was very cold there. We are now leaving this hotel without spending the night. We will provide you with a photo report from our room. We kindly ask you to compensate for our damage and return the money we received from you. We did not spend the night in this hotel. It was a decent, clean property. The sidewalks still needed to be shoveled from the snow the previous day. There was a poor dog, that scratched and cried at it's door for every little noise.

Lots of cosmetic issues. First thing, the toilet didn’t work. Very responsive to fix it which was great. Hair in the shower, broken handles on the dresser. Hot water was not working in the bathroom sink and the bathroom door was broken, pieces of wood falling off the bottom. Convenient stay given the emergent circumstances. But for $230? Wouldn’t do that again.

The overnight staff was extremely helpful. found a condom in the bed so it is less than clean as well as listening to kid's stomp on the floor above. The desk did try to help with the noise though, just irrelevant since it continued. Thank goodness I brought earplugs. Not a great experience I would really like a refund or another night.That is extremely different from this one

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

The pool was empty it looked like mold in the room. We were given keys to our first room and when went 4 stories up and walked in the room was striped and stuff was all over the floor so we went back down and given a different room on the bottom floor. It was not clean the fridge and microwave were disgusting the floor didn’t looked vacuumed and hair in the shower. I’ve stayed in so many hotels and this was the absolute most disgusting I honestly feel like it should be shut down and re done!

So impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the room. So spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot! What a great experience.
