600 sq/ft condo located in the fantastic town of Winter Park right next to The Fraser River. The unit is on the bottom floor so you don't have to worry about lugging you ski equipment and luggage up and down those treacherous stairs. Just minutes from down town Winter Park and a short drive to the town of Fraser.

Inside the unit you will find fully remodeled living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms; all with new floors throughout. The living room, with a pull-out couch and wood burning fireplace, is a cozy space perfect for hanging out with family or friends. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances to make you feel right at home.

The Fraser River is right out the front door, which is great to listen to while you sleep and makes for some beautiful scenery and wild life.

Winter Park and Mary Jane have some of the best skiing and riding in the country and you wont miss any of it with just a 5-10 minute drive to the mountain. Or just leave your car and take the super convenient FREE shuttle that picks you up right in the parking lot of the condo. Use the THE LIFT RIDER app to track where the shuttle is at all times.
