We were here during the off season, so it was not very busy. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The hotel and indoor water park were clean. The hours of operation for the indoor water park & theme park were not clearly posted. The indoor theme park closed so early, we weren't able to use all of our game credits there. The bunk beds in the room have very thin, uncomfortable mattresses. The room was very spacious, but did not have enough places for everyone to sit. Google did not have the correct hours of operation for some of the local businesses. There are so many things to do in the area!

We stayed at the 10 building. The main road was closed so we had to drive through a side commercial area. No staff onsite and not many other cars so it was a bit eerie. Internet wasn't working. When I called to report the staff was dismissive. The room was okay but it was not the cleanest. The beds were clean but the walls had stuff splattered down them. It looks like just the basics were done. Only a few select activities at the pool were open and my kids found it to be boring. Lockers were 15 to $30 a piece which is ridiculous. We checked out a day early and when I called staff again was dismissive.

This was thee worst experience I had ever had in a hotel. I returned from dinner to find a roach crawling on my toothbrush. They tried to put me in the same building and I refused. One in the morning they finally moved my wife and I to another building only to wake up to blood stains on our pillow sheets and blankets. Conner the manager did not want to hear about my experience and wanted to refund me for the one night only. I finally went to the office myself and he refunded me two day stay. He was very rude and disrespectful. I am going to report this to the state, no one should have to stay in a place that is so toxic.

Room was decent but shower sprayed over the top of the shower curtain when you turned it on. Called for them to come fix it and my husband stayed behind to wait for them, but we they never showed up. Called first thing in the am and maintenance man was there in 5 mins, had it fixed in 10. Warm pool was decent, adults only hot tub was so hot felt really good after a lo n g day, and there was one not so hot one for ki. Lazy river was fun and the kids enjoyed the waterslides a bunch. Food options by the pool are a little high so if you have a crowd, bring a meat and cheese tray and a fruit tray from the grocery store. The big waterslide and largest pool were blocked off our entire stay which was a bummer. Indoor theme park was actually pretty entertaining. They had a ton of claw games, arcade games, some rides geared towards young kids but plenty of options for older kids. There is another arcade at the entrance to the indoor stuff that takes the same token card. Games didnt take many tokens, prize point amounts allowed to get a couple prizes that made them happy. All in all a pretty good experience. Price for room was excellent and allowed plenty of money for other activities. If you have kids of any ages, stop at the Deer Park at the end of your trip. You will not be disappointed! Definitely the best place in the dells if your on a budget, triple the amenities in the summer months too. Outdoor stuff looked awesome, we just visited when it was closed for the season.

Nice staff at check-in. Fast check-in service. The room was small, bare bone minimum. Very dirty! No hand towels only wash cloths and large towel, no bath mat. Off site at a very dark older building.

Website shows amazing pictures, reality wasn’t the same. Many rides were closed especially indoors too. Staff overall wasn’t in good mood to help. Check in staff didn’t clarify where the guest should be heading for activities instead hand out a map. That map definitely got me lost many times. No housekeeping for number of days, we just kept the room clean by ourselves

The place had clean and secure rooms and that's about all they provided. Didn't even get a light by the bed. You'd have to turn the light off at at the door and find your way to the bed in the dark. The rooms were quite bare, not much in the way of TV. The walls were incredibly thin. I was being woken up by all of my neighbors alarm clocks in the morning, and I was kept up all night with kids and dogs. The beds were quite uncomfortable, with next to no linens on them. Due to the spread out nature of their locations, there wasn't much near by. I got hungry at about 9 pm the first night and was stuck ordering door dash (came by train, so no car) for something. The vending machines didn't always work, and there were no options other than a bag of chips and a soda. It was really bare bones around there. I would hope it would be better peak season, but with the weather being as nice as it was, I would have thought they may have been a bit more prepared. One of the locals basically told me this place was the dollar store version of hotels and I should go for at least a Walmart level next time I visit. I was extremely affordable, so that was nice, but that was basically just for the four walls and the lock on the door Also, If over half of your amenities are shut down, how do you still charge the full price "resort fee"? There weren't any resort amenities. The towels at the pool were also a joke, bring your own.

Great for family with kids, this is 4th time we always visit during October or winter time. Its a great deal hotel and amusement parks are free, hotel is ok has all the necesseties free parking, clean, kids love it. Its a great gataway for few days, next time i should visit during summer time since has more outdoor activities. During winter time it has indoor pool with few slides and rotating slide also indoor theme with games for kids. Overall is worth it

Definitely has not reinvested any money into this property! Rooms are run down and not clean. Kids were running up and down the hallways all night and jumping around on floor above us. Water park has been unkept and lacks overall appeal. Definitely will spend money elsewhere, it will definitely be worth a few more dollars.
