I picked this hotel partly because of the swimming pool. The swimming pool was out of order both days I was there so it was very disappointing. Our room had a spectacular view of a trash dumpster and the back of the boiler room. At 1 point we had to close our window because of diesel fumes coming from the boiler room smoke stack. The shower head needs to be replaced because it was very difficult to get it at a good setting because certain settings sent water shooting out of the shower. The service deck people were very nice.

Hands down the place gets a 5 star. The food was great the staff for the most part. We stayed there for 10 days for business and leisure. The only issue I had was the a bunch of dog poop all over the property because people didn’t clean up after their dogs. The lady that checked us in wasn’t sure if we could have a room because they were out of pet friendly rooms even after informing her this is a service dog for my special needs daughter. Our room was only vacuum once while being serviced and they failed to replace toilet paper. Lastly the restaurant staff was more into chatting with each other vs being more attentive to the customers. Otherwise the place was kept clean the staff was super friendly and the morning breakfast was very good and area very clean.

The property is good. Elevator is slow. Breakfast is ok variety would be good as the same thing is served daily except the days when bacon is added. Staff very friendly. Good location it’s close to a mall, clothing and shoe stores restaurants. Banks and a trampoline park.

The front desk women that helped me didn’t smile and it seemed cold and unwelcoming. I got charged 100 dollars for checking in early normally I would understand a charge but the room was ready , the whole night cost the same as checking in early , and the front desk girl ignored me when I said I would just wait and charged me a 100 dollars anyway. The room deposit has yet to be returned to me and the room smelled like cat urine. The pool was nice and the breakfast was extremely good the staff that takes care of the complimentary breakfast do a really great job and we’re constantly checking on things and refilling.

Feedback: Overall my stay was okay, but there are some areas that could be improved. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to standard the bathtub looks really bad. The pool smells (I’d rate it around a 3/5), and the toilet seemed a bit clogged which made things inconvenient. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful (closer to a 4/5), which I really appreciated. With some improvements in cleaning and maintenance, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience. Breakfast was fair.

Service is lacking. Front desk person isn’t a welcoming person, couldn’t bother with a hello or smile. Service in restaurant is absolutely horrible…he took our order, brought some of our food, then sat at a table with his back to us and talked to other servers. Never checked on us until he brought the bill, at which point he finally realized we never received all of our food. Left a 10% tip only because the man running the food from the kitchen to restaurant was friendly and working hard. Overall, while hotel is convenient and comfortable, personnel are poor representatives.

Great stay, shopping, & food options, poor WiFi.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel offers a great breakfast buffet. The room was spacious and clean. Convenient to plenty of shopping. Many fast food options and only few decent restaurants. Had an excellent stay with one exception, the WiFi is horrible! Don’t try to stream movies or YouTube videos. Constantly pauses your movie.

Not the “Best” Western.

We checked in and were given a dirty room. Had to wait a half hour for a clean room. Pool was filthy. Couldn’t use it. Not happy about that. Bar and restaurant closed .Breakfast was good .
