These people accused of us smoking in the room. My husband and I were outside almost all night. They tried to charge me $250. If I was going to smoke in the room I wouldn't have been outside half the night. Never again will I stay at this hotel

A very nice hotel with good customer service. We used the gym and hot tub during our stay. Our room was clean and smoke free. The bathroom could use more counter space and a fan. Could also have benefited from another nightstand next to the bed.

The night manager Maria was amazing. We were coming into town for a family emergency and had no idea when we would be able to check in. Maria worked with us to ensure we would be covered and not lose our reservation. Even at 3:30am when we showed up, she was all smiles and very sympathetic. Nice stay

Very happy with our stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Room 220 - outlet next to left of bed not working. Toilets are very low to ground. Not much you can do about that. Coffee valet sparsely stocked. Pool and hot tub very nice, clean. We went to the hot tub at 830 - 930pm, we had 3 children well under the age of 10 accompanying us the entire time. They were sweet children but kids are kids and it would have been nice at that time of the evening to have some down time. The beds were very comfortable, nice big TV. Quiet at night. Breakfast had plenty of choices with real dishes and flatware. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.
