Rooms were clean , staff very helpful, we left our luggage safely with reception after we checked out so we could still enjoy York before our train home . Proximity to the train station is great for travellers arriving by train

Reception staff were very welcoming & friendly. The room was clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size as was the bathroom. I could not leave 5 stars due to the breakfast being of poor quality and the scrambled eggs. Tasteless.

The room was spotless, the staff we delt with were friendly and efficient. Comfortable beds and a quiet room even though it was at the front of the hotel, there was very little traffic noise. Would stay there again if i visited York again.
