The room was clean if not a little dated. The downstairs areas are lovely to sit a chill but was upset to learn the pool facilities were not open and we had not been informed even though they did manage to email us about upgrades they failed to email about the pool.

Really quiet room considering next to train station. Tne hotel is phenomenal and really nice. Front desk were extremely helpful as were bar staff. Well worth the stay, even if in the Annex. Negatives were bed was slightly uncomfortable and you don’t get all tv channels but otherwise, really good hotel.
