The room key wasn’t programmed correctly twice so it took about 20 minutes to even get in our room. We weren’t told the checkout time or that there was breakfast included ..."

"Upon arrival the entire building was under construction. That was not advertised on the website. The entire downstairs is covered in dirt and grim as well as garbage and nails littered all around the hallway. The room in self was disgusting. It smelled like mildew and there was mold in the closet. ..."
