The staff was very courteous, and caring. The breakfast was fantastic, and so was the proximity of the hotel to public transportation. The train station into Geneva and other destinations is less than a minute’s walk. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again, and I recommend it highly.

Check in was a bit confused as I’d booked 2 rooms and the gentleman on reception got a bit muddled with room numbers. Room was clean and comfortable and bathroom looked good but water pressure was a bit weak and shower head a bit clogged with limescale. I wasn’t very happy that paper cups were provided ...

Barely better than a hostel. Top floor rooms smell like mould, no hot water on upper floors, no A/C before June (even though it was in the mid 20’s), no window screens, just felt like a “sick” building that would be condemned and torn down in my country. In a crappy, dirty, seedy area as well.
