Excellent breakfast, clean place, room and bathroom are clean. Coffee all day. The only small issue is the room is tight quarters but very doable.

Room was clean but bathtub had some black around the tub and by the shower curtain rod. I am sure it was not black mold but not sure what it was.

Place is really bad condition, dirty, and we got a pack and play for the baby and the pad was disgusting with body fluid stains. No linens for the pack and play.
