Room was ok, nothing special. Shower had good pressure. We stayed there four days and never had the room serviced. Getting clean replacement towels dumped on the counter is not servicing the room in my estimation. I even requested service and they did not do it. We needed an extra night through circumstances ...

Check in was at 3pm. Was told room wasn’t clean until 6:45pm. I didn’t not get in to my room until 7pm. And was told that they could not comp my room or move me. You honestly could not pay me to stay there again. Literally ruined my experience my only time using hotels.com
