Beautiful resort and location. It just opened on March 1, 2026 so it had only been open for a couple of weeks before we arrived. They were still hiring staff so restaurants were only open part time. I won't book again! The room was hotter than hot. The A/C was off & took a long time to cool down the room. Too hot to sleep, just lay there sweating. Why would the staff not turn on the a/c for expected guests? The fridge was also turned off, there was a kettle but no mugs. Minimum towels, no soap, ...
