Room was clean but the didn’t replace the toiletries as we used them so we ran out of q-tips, Mae up remover pads etc. They did supply wash cloths which was nice Front desk service was good and all spoke excellent English. The location was good just a few blocks walk to Marienplatz.

Very clean room with everything we needed and a very friendly staff. Free coffee downstairs is uncommon in Europe, so it was a nice treat. Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München
The hotel is situated in an ideal location. The staff are friendly and work to meet your needs. The hotel rooms are a bit older and some of the amenities do not work the way they should. I would still recommend this hotel but know that there are opportunities for upgrades and improvements.
