Nice hotel, but....
Everything was nice about the hotel except they are way understaffed at the front desk. They did not answer the phone when we called for requests. The queue often was very long with only one (or no) person at the front desk. Very nice and professional, but very slow. All else was very good.

Airport transfer to catch bus to Lugo after breakfast. Left something in room, driver didn't hesitate to go back and return ...

I enjoyed the convenient and comfortable facilities, the care of the room. Staff were helpful and attended to an issue which I raised about the room. It was also convenient for a walk to the city and the airport.
