Loved the self-catering aspect and the generosity of the amenities in the laundry/business center. Pizza restaurant on one side and another restaurant on the other were so convenient. No noise from street or other guests. Hope to stay there again!

Comfortable.

We stayed in barracuda 1. Room was amazing, nice to have a pool table, full kitchen with kitchen supplies. Only complaint is you can hear the guests upstairs walking around constantly and hearing loud creaking. Didn't bother me much but could understand if others don't want that noise. Still a comfortable and relaxing stay. Would recommend.

We arrived about 1 hour earlier than the check in time, but the staff were able to get us in early. The room was very clean and comfortable. Wifi was good and bed was comfy. We had a full kitchen that was well equipped. Bathroom was spacious with a great shower! Highly recommend.

People next to us had 2 dogs that they left in their room when they went out. Plus they were yelling at each other. They smoked pot and it infiltrated our unit.

Misrepresentation I couldn’t even stay at property after viewing it and booked another stay. I would not recommend this property and the pictures were not what the property looked like!!!!

I enjoyed my stay, place was perfect for my day adventure to O.S. Wish the amenity room was better advertised, as I didn't know until I was leaving. Loved the book in my room about the area. This is a super cute property and the rate was very reasonable. Looking through their guidebook I could see that their ownership or management company is offering a great product and I am sure all their properties are fun and adorable. The property itself was great. The only reason we haven’t booked here again, in our subsequent trips to Ocean Shores, is that the communication was not good with the initial contact when we booked our room. We book via Expedia often and have never run into quite this situation, but after paying when we were on our way to the town but a few hours away still, they called me and said that they needed a deposit because my card was a “pay card” and not a traditional credit card. I didn’t have the money for the deposit and it wasn’t mentioned on Expedia when I booked. I was offended during the exchange when the person said “I bet you don’t even work for that company you are just a contractor” and I asked him to cancel but he said he couldn’t because they had already collected the money and he ended up accepting a lesser deposit and we ended up coming anyway. I understand they are concerned about protecting their investment, but he made what should have been a fun little romantic getaway on the cheap into a stressful trip because he wouldn’t cancel the reservation and he took all the money I had set aside for food in the deposit and sucked all the fun out of it. Such a shame bc it’s a really cute place.
