Had to wait forever at front desk. No one there to check us in,I had to call and tell them I was at front desk to check in and still took her forever to get to front desk. Then she gave us room 208 and cleaning lady was still in there cleaning. We had to wait she said lady at front desk should not given us that room. I had to Ask cleaning Kady to vacuum and mop. Sheets smelled like sweat. Breakfast was OK ,

Shower with tub or door neuter air exchanger

To begin with, first of all. There is no tub or any plexus glass to protect the shower, no door on it, no AIR VENTILATION . Toilet paper was not changed by the maid. Flickering light in the shower, cracked sink. The shower floor is anti- hygienic, who can assure that floor is not a focus of fungal (toenail fungus) spreading; prone to grow build up mold

ZERO STARS. My family (husband and two kids) stayed at the property and it was absolutely the most disgusting hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. First, the floor was awful - it had not been cleaned, vacuumed or anything in who knows how long, there was standing water in the tub, and we found a bug in our bed (not a bedbug). Second, there are two shower heads in the bathroom, one regular & one for the cleaning crew. The cleaning crew who attempted to clean our room did not bother to change the shower head to the correct one and you wouldn’t know unless you turn the water one, we did and it caused water to absolutely soak the bathroom floor. Then after calling the front desk, he offered to refund us the cost of the room, which was nice of him but then around midnight his manager who was out of town at the time, called him to kick us out of the room because someone else wanted it. It was absolutely the worst experience in a hotel. The front desk guy was so kind and deserves kudos for how he handled the situation because he didn’t want to kick us out but he was only doing what he was told. He was kind to us the whole time.

We booked the multi bed suite for our family of 6. When we arrived at 9:30 pm, we were told that there wasn't a room that would sleep all of us. I showed my reservation of 2 adults and 4 children, no luck. The lady at the counter gave us extra blankets so my children could sleep on the dirty ground. There was dried gum on the carpet. I reached out to expedia, who reached out to this hotel and nothing. I paid extra for a room that would sleep us comfortably and did not get that.
