This was our first time visiting Albuquerque for a concert at the Isleta Amphitheatre, and we weren’t sure where to stay. After seeing many positive reviews, we decided to give this hotel a shot—and overall, it was a good choice.
Conveniently located right off the freeway, which made getting around super easy. Despite its proximity to the road, we barely heard any traffic noise. It’s also close to restaurants, gas stations, and just a short drive to Old Town for shopping and dining.
Parking fills up quickly at night, so plan accordingly. The area felt just okay—not sketchy, but not upscale either. I felt more comfortable parking under the lights, though I never felt unsafe on the property or inside the hotel.
Rooms are definitely older, but not terrible. The beds were surprisingly comfy and the hotel was quiet at night, which made for a restful sleep. A couple of quirks: the bathroom door was sticky and hard to open, and the lights flickered occasionally. The carpet was worn, so I’d recommend keeping something on your feet.
Everything was clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—something that’s becoming rare these days. Huge kudos to the team for their excellent customer care. Breakfast was blah! Quick snack or some coffee/juice, but nothing notable. I wish they would keep coffee/tea out all day for guests.
If you're heading to ABQ for a concert or quick getaway, this hotel is a solid option. It’s not luxury, but it’s clean and quite
