They required way too much info for just one night n nobody answered the phone at the hotel… waited for a shuttle to pick me up but no go… had to pay for a cab to take me to the hotel $20… not utilizing this hotel again in the future…

Rude noisy neighbors

Everything about the stay was good with the exception of some very rude people in the room next to me that were having a party and making excessive noise until 4:00 am. I called and complained at the front desk and they called the room and they still didn’t stop and nothing more was done!

My favorite

I always stay here when I visit Albuquerque. I don't know what the actual rating is but in my book it is a 4 star hotel. It is so clean and all the people working there are so nice and kind, very concerned about a guests comfort. Nice breakfast. I would say my only complaint would be that even though a person reserves a room a certain location or room is not guaranteed. So, although I always ask for a ground floor, in particular north wing, I rarely get even if I reserve way ahead. I just don't get it. If walk ins come first they get the rooms and even though I reserved I still don't get priority on location or type. I reserved a single king on the ground floor and had to settle for a two queen on the third floor. There is an elevator. Otherwise, excellent hotel!

Excellent experience

The airport shuttle went smoothly. I had sn early morning flight, and the shuttle was right there to take me. I'm very grateful. The lady checking me in was very helpful and friendly. My room has plenty of room, appears clean, and I feel safe. The shower was strong and hot. I did have to run the fan for noise as there was a crying baby in the room next door. Breakfast was a hot buffet, and delicious. Mine was an overnight visit, but this place also looks nice for a longer stay, and it's easily accessible from the freeway. Yes, I would stay here again.

Staff was friendly. Hotel is. Currently u see remodel but I did t see anything that was in the way or cluttered. Rooms were nice and comfortable. This is our go to place when she travel this way several times a year!
