Thank you to the welcoming check in person. Room is clean. There are ample towels and toilet paper. Hot water works. Mini fridge works. I'm happy and safe.

This was the worse room we have ever been given to stay in. Front door had multiple dents from being kicked in. So bad that the door did not close properly. Bathroom door had a hole from being punched. Ceiling was pealing and falling to the floor. We left immediately and requested a refund but were denied by the hotel. It was a horrible experience, especially as we were very tired from driving all day and had to find a different hotel to stay at.

Definitely needs some updates. Security latch was broken in my room. Parking is limited with multiple cars that have flat tires and have obviously been sitting for some time.

I didn't like the staff using my Expedia reservation for someone else, asking for my debit card to hold 100.00 and then needing 100.00 in cash too. Then when I canceled my reservation they still had a credit for 40.00 and then when I decided to stay she want another 30.00. then there was another customer who needed a 100.00 dollar deposit so they use my 100.00 for him that another hotel charged me , hotel 505 in Albuquerque NM, then the next day days in sent me a text, how did I enjoy my stay.

Room was discusting and smelled like cigarettes. The people next door were having a party all night long. We nearly left at 4am. It’s not worth it, just pay the extra money to stay at a better motel

No ice! My husband had to go buy ice from the gas station! There was no real lock latch on the door! We had to put a chair in front of the door! Beds were comfortable, water was hot, not much else was great. Within an hour of checking in there were 3 squads out front! Avoid this hotel if at all possible!

OUT OF ORDER

Price was right! That's about it. "No ice available on premises." Ice machine with "sorry" sign looks like it had last worked years ago. Breakfast: Cold cereal, white toast, grape jelly, waffle machine, juice machine out-of-order. Toilet malfunctioning and dumping gallons of water per hour... SAD! Shower was good, beds comfortable and sheets clean.

The room was nice, but had an older heating unit that was difficult to control. The “free” breakfast was in a poorly lit room with only mini waffles and cereal available, but I wasn’t staying for the food so not a big deal. There was a constant humming noise in the bathroom but not so bad I couldn’t block it out by shutting the door. Overall I’d say 3/5 stars
