The check in clerk was rude when we arrived and the property immediately had me concerned regarding safety as there were many drug influenced people hanging around and sleeping on the property. It was so bad that we considered getting a hotel elsewhere and loosing our money! The bathroom was very dirty and the window sills were filled with bugs!

No one came for room service even though I put the sign on the door. It said smoke free yet the room smelt like weed and cigarettes! It wore off the second day and just smelt like cigarettes. Definitely not what the description said!

Not what we expected! the bathroom was very dirty the walls were dirty the bathroom door had dried up throw up. Definitely wouldn’t recommend specially if you have small children. When i went to complain about our room the receptionist said the bathroom wasn’t extremely dirty therefore they couldn’t refund me my money. Bad experience and bad customer service.

The hostess was the most pleasant experience. Main Door didn't seal, refrigerator didn't work, no wifi, cell service almost nonexistent, shower chair had stain from previous use, and property was sketchy

I loved how much nicer the staff were. We cancelled our booking at the motel 6 down the road because they were rude. They told us check in was at 3 but they refused to check us in. So we canceled and went to red roof. Much better!!
