The only reason we gave 2 stars for the “Staff” is because the cleaning ladies were accommodating and friendly, the rest of the staff were not like the front desk. This experience began with us trying to call and message the hotel to see if we can up pay for a premium room as it was our honey moon but never had a response nor did they ever answer the phone. When we arrived we were hoping for an early check in but didn’t have expect it honestly and were met with a late check in with no explanation (1 hour late)… Then when asking if we can potentially check out 1 hour later, we were met with an abrupt “NO”… How fair, right? We didn’t make a fuss. Then we had to lug out suitcases up 100+ extremely narrow stairs to arrive at the very top floor (we nicknamed the “Birds Nest”) and open the door to a room where I could almost touch all the walls standing on the bed (as it’s in the middle of the room) and I’m far from tall lol Anyway, to pay nearly 200€ for a hostel style room was not what we expected nor were led to believe, so we would not recommend this hotel to our enemy (well maybe).
