It was a filthy room!! Trash left on the floor, dirty rag under the bed, sharp object like a screw on the floor, all the sheets and pillow cases were inside out. The room smelled bad, the ice bucket was dirty and did have a plastic liner to go in it. Had to get a new room. The front desk person didnt seem to care, or even care we were there. During check out time next day a worker was mopping the very busy lobby area and front entrance doors, but only pushing dirt and rocks with the mop around the floor, it was slippery!! The hallways carpet look very dirty and definitely need a shampoo. The reason we never ate the breakfast we were scared it wasn't prepared sanitary, worried it was like the how the hotel is like. The granddaughters were going to use the pool but thought it best to stay away from it, it too was probably filthy, but didn't check. Will never ever stay there again!!

Maintenance had to come to our room twice because the shower and microwave were broken. No hot water on the first day. Scheduled housekeeping services and they skipped us two days in a row. They were completely out of towels, so we had to take turns showering. Pool was frigid and could not be used. Asked for a partial refund through Expedia and they said no.

Very disappointing experience. There was no running water until the next day, so I couldn’t shower. Customer service was extremely poor, I was put on hold for about 30 minutes, and it took a long time just to reach someone for the hotel shuttle. Overall, a very bad experience.

Airport shuttle didn’t show up this morning and the hotel didn’t have ANY water in the rooms. I called down to ask and told me at 7am it would be fixed. I checked in at 1am and there was no water then I should have been informed of the lack of water. Worst hotel ever

I checked in around midnight froma flight in Anchorage so I went straifht to bed. I noricwd some alarming things the following morning. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the bathtub. Urine stains on the toliet rim. The bathroom floor srill had food smears near the trash can. The ceiling in the bathroom had mold. Look out the window and there was a large container parked there. I immediately called the front desk early that morning. I was told that i could possibly change rooms once a room became available. I called many times getting the excuse that housekeeping came in late that I would get a call. I left for breakfast, nothing. I came back and stopped off at the front desk, the same excuse. I left for lunch and stayed out as long as possible and returned back stopping off at the front desk. They never cleaned the room I was in and had no other room to trade out. 4 pm comes around and the same answer, housekeeping came in late today and we have no update. Unlikely to be true. The front desk began telling me that she never assigned me that room so it wasn't her fault. I had had enough. I packed up my things and left the hotel to get another cleaner and rspectful place to stay. It was disguisting, not even the courtesy having housekeeping to clean the existing room. I would NEVER stay at a Wyndham location again!!
