Toilet was plugged when we arrived. Staff asked us to unclog it. They don’t satirize it after it had overflowed. Shower was stuck on 100 percent hot water so no shower was possible. Shuttle was twenty minutes late so had to take an uber. Not a good time.

The first room had someone in it. The second room was almost 80 and the air did not work. The third room was also hot with no air. The fourth finally had working air. All were dirty, especially the bathrooms. Floors/ceilings and furniture were stained. The hallways smelled like marijuana. The pool was so unclean the kids wouldn’t go in it. The list of negatives is long. We will never stay here again and would never recommend this place to anyone.

The last night my key wouldn’t work or the master key from front desk. After hours, they had to remove the lock to let me in. I have reached out to the hotel but they don’t care about this gross inconvenience.

It was expensive. Airport shuttle was 30 minutes late on arrival. Hotel is in shabby condition. Staff unfriendly. Airport transfer didn’t show up at all departure morning so had to get an uber.

Very basic. I didn't expect a five-star treatment but in this case, Wyndham Garden did a nice job overall. Friendly and attentive staff. The shuttle to the airport is reliable and speedy. The only minus is air-conditioning, which is not quite powerful. It can get warm in the evening. But, yes, I would go back.
