My family checked into this hotel on Saturday night and were deeply disappointed by the substandard conditions and service. Upon arrival, we found the room’s hand soap and body wash bottles empty. At the front desk, one of the two staff members was unhelpful, stating she didn’t know where the soaps were and offering no assistance. Fortunately, the other employee took initiative, found soap in the storage room, and provided it in cups since the bottles couldn’t be refilled—an inconvenient workaround for a family.
On Sunday morning, I requested refills for the soap bottles before we left for sightseeing. Returning around 9 PM, we discovered housekeeping hadn’t serviced the room at all—no refills, no cleaning. The room was already in poor shape: a dirty toilet, a flickering bathroom light bulb, and an unclean table. These issues reflect a clear lack of management oversight, making our family’s stay frustrating. Urgent improvements are needed.
