Positives: hot water shower with high pressure. Warning to those with kids just slightly more to the left and it becomes scalding hot though. Close to a Korean Restaurant and Wendy's which were both nice in a pinch. Negatives: They had no housekeeping and we were told at checkin we would get none our entire stay. No fresh towels and trash piling up with no where to put it. The room was so dirty. Carpet needed to be replaced 10 years ago. The window had googly eyes and other stuff stuck on it and trash left in the drawers. The mattress was so soft that even when my 60 pound kid sat on the edge he would slide off. The pillows were so flat you couldn't get comfortable. Breakfast was inedible so we didn't get it but one day. The staff there looks disgruntled and ready to lock the door before closing so be careful of that. We won't stay here again and do not recommend.

Airport shuttle required six phone calls to hotel to show up. Waited 75 minutes and the hotel is 1.5 miles from the airport. Among the items not working at the hotel: shower, breakfast juice dispenser, pancake maker, common area TV, workout room AC/heater, workout room stationary bike. Also, pool isn’t heated, buckets in hallways for leaking ceilings. Breakfast food rates one out of ten at best. All-time worst hotel experience and this ragtag show costs upwards of $400-plus a night.

This Propery was overbooked and we were not given the room we reserved. Juice machine and pancake machines were broken and so the breakfast options were limited. Also there was no hot water in the morning. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Didn't know this place was changing over being a Holiday INN, new employees everyday with no trying to train them, Out side was always dirty and waited over 2 hours to get picked up from airport and in fact we where told to get a taxi. I was going to overlook this but when we got to the property the family checking in had the same problem. After two days of not cleaning our room, I went to the front desk and was told we have to ask to have the room cleaned. By the way it was a new employee, We have stayed at many places but this place needs help. For being a Wyndham property I never would expected this at all.

Property is transitioning from HI Express to Wyndham, and is not 100% there. Lobby area is drab, room a bit tired (comfortable bed though) and we were unable to enter our first room due to issues with the key card lock. Staff was friendly. Airport transportation was a plus. Breakfast was adequate. Overall not a great value for the price.

Easy check in after midnight. Good beds and lots of hot water. Big TV. Easy check out. Shuttle service free to and from airport was a vacation saver.

The hotel was pretty run down. Seemed to be overpriced for what we got. I would not stay here again. With that said the staff was very friendly and professional so I don't fault them for the quality of the place. The hotel just seemed like a lower quality Motel.

The Wyndham just took it over from the Holiday Inn Express. They haven’t had time to fully get things up to any basic standard. The rooms need to be cleaned a little deeper. The carpets need to be cleaned near the edges and near the furniture. The countertops in the bathroom need to be cleaned more than just at the sink, the other side of the counter without the sink, had a layer of soot on it.

17May25. In the entryway were 2 men painting, one on a ladder which we walked under. I had to walk on Plastic drop cloth all over the place definitely a trip hazard and potential lawsuit. Multiple trash in hallway front of guests rooms. Our room smelled like animal urine. We had the manager come up and verify. New room on third-floor where again, trash outside guest rooms. This room was decent. No pet urine smell. The sheets seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. next day Breakfast around 8 am.. trash still in hallway outside guest rooms, smelling ripe by now. Breakfast was not good. No fruit at all. There was a sign that said “fruit” but there was no fruit. The juice machine was “out of order, only water” of course the water did not work either. The hot water container produced little black specks in my cup. In metal pans it looked like scrambled eggs. But they were green and brown. I passed on the green eggs and had a yogurt.Went to work out in the advertised gym "on site" and was told it was closed for renovation. So was the pool. Even though the hotel description said these services were “on site”. I went in the “business center”. As I stepped over a water puddle from the leaky ice machine I couldn’t stand the smell in there. There was a fridge pulled out of the wall and construction gear in there.but good view of an old toilet and nasty carpet out the window.still waiting for manager to get a hold of me. I have pictures of all of this. Would not recommend this.
