Great hotel in Execellent Location

The hotel is located just around the corner from one of the archways to the old town. You will find lots of restaurants just steps away from the hotel entrance. The hotel is in an old building, so there's no elevator. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was quite spacious as well. A hair dryer was provided which was a plus. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was one of the most quiet places we stayed during our two weeks travel in France and Switzerland. We didn't hear any street or guest noises. The air conditioning worked well. The staff was very helpful. We had a car with us and was told to park in a nearby underground parking. The hotel paid for part of the parking fees.

the hotel is in a really good location, right next to the old town. Step out the side door and you are in the most lovely part of a lovely town. Rooms modern and clean, quite small. Staff was helpful and even reduced price of room because window couldn't be opened. They did this without any prompting or question from us. We didn't get the breakfast, so can't rate it. M

Little Gem

Fantastic little place right on the doorstep of the old town. We stayed in the tower above the alley that led down into the old sector. Room was small but clean and facilities were fine. We were lucky to be checked in by a lovely woman who spoke excellent English and was most helpful.

What an experience...

We came and found out that we dont have any reservation on this hotel, eventhough we had a confirmed confirmation sent by hotel.com via my cellular and email. It took a while for us to finally get the room, with a new resevation. They said next time we need to double check the room condirmation with the hotel in order to make sure we would have the room. When we check out, i couldn't use my credit card and being cancelled, paid with my husband's card finally. At the end we got double charged for a one night stay from my card and my husband's. Still waiting for their reimbursement.

Don't get room 25! Tiny, cramped and laughable

We stayed for 3 nights, it was an off-the-cuff booking for a random trip in to the continent as a treat for my fiance. I wish I hadn't booked here. Upon arrival we were told that they didn't have our booking, despite me having the confirmation in hand. They then tried to find us a room, which they did, however I wish they hadn't bothered. We got a twin (not the double we booked) and it was the tiniest room I've ever encountered, the bathroom was more like a closet. It was obvious that this was a reserve room that they didn't really rent out. So, in short, the location is great, it's clean enough but for the love of god, don't accept room 25 if you get offered it!

Fantastic location

Firstly the hotel is very well located near the heart of the old town but no so close that you get the noise. Within minutes you are also out of town and on the main road to the motorway. The hotel and service were great, my only concern was a lack of shampoo in the shower, and a shower head which would continuously move resulting in a 'chase the shower' debacle but a slight inconvenience if you take the hotel as a whole.

HOTEL ET PERSONNEL DECEVANT

notre sejour c'est mal passé . Il manquait le réfrigérateur pas de rideaux à la fenètrela télé en panne (un technitien est intervenu en soirée) le lavabo l'eau avait du mal a évacuer. Le 11/07/21 dans la soirée une personne a ouvert notre porte véroullée quand j'ai demandé qui c'était celle ci c'est sauvé nous avons prevenu l'acueil nous n'avons pas eu d'explications ni d'excuses. De ce fait nous avons contacté vos services et décidé avec votre accord etcelui de l'hotel de quitté celui ci le lendemain 12/07/21 aprés le règlement des deux nuit

Séjour parfait

Un hôtel très bien situé, au coeur du centre ville. Très agréable pour tout faire à pied, de plus que l'hôtel est très propre & confortable. Il y'a tout à disposition et le personnel est très agréable, je recommande fortement cet hôtel

Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, arrivés à la chambre pas de cintres, la clim ne fonctionnait pas le frigo faisait du chaud, chambre donnant sur la rue très bruyante, et le WIFI ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre mais à la réception , heureusement que le feu d'artifice sur le lac était génial.

Cet hôtel est bien situé et la chambre 24 est très agréable. Petit bémol, il manque un petit meuble pour poser sa valise et des portes manteaux. Bonne literie Accueil agréable et commerçant
