Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and ice maker, as well as small appliances, dishes, pans & utensils.

There is a private entrance with easy parking, grassy area and patio with table & chairs and BBQ.
Conveniently located near the charming Village of Arroyo Grande, as well as all of the sights of Pismo Beach and the dunes of Oceano Beach. Master bedroom has a king bed and private bath with tub/shower and quality linens. The second bedroom is separated from the master, and makes a nice den as well, with a queen size murphy bed and a double futon bed/couch, all with quality linens.
