Hotel stinks like mildew. The room had a small dehumidifier in it which didn’t seem to be doing the job. Also there was a horrendous grease/mechanical smell that hung on our clothes after we left. The sheets felt slightly damp due to the obvious water damage (floors were recently replace with temporary type floors) Oh.. and the tv wouldn’t work and front staff said no one to fix it and no more rooms

Hotel is in walking distance to downtown and short drive to attractions. Clean, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Highly recommend getting the vouchers for breakfast. Great selection and service. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Asheville.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in and every interaction feel warm and personal. Good value, good location

The staff were great! The rooms were good for the price, though it was annoying that the tub didn’t drain and there was no electrical outlet near the desk. But still—I would stay there again! Location is excellent.
