The staff was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. Transportation was excellent. MARTA is 5 minutes walk from the facility. Various food options within close proximity to the facility. As always Courtyard by Narriott is comfortable. The room and bathroom are clean and fresh( major for me).

Overall stay was nice. I had two issues first one was when checking in nighttime clerk was not at the desk. After waiting for approximately five minutes, had to call to inform the clerk I was outside, trying to check in. Also blanket was dirty, but the housekeeping came in resolve my issue. The location of the hotel is very ideal. Lots of eateries and things to do nearby. Would come back and stay again.

We came for rest. We paid for breakfast. What we got was regret, served hot and soggy. They called it food. I called it microwave archaeology—ancient scrambled eggs and mystery meat dragged from the freezer’s crypt. The coffee said Starbucks, but it tasted like something strained through an old sock in a trench. The woman running the breakfast area had the enthusiasm of a DMV on a holiday weekend. We paid $40 for two people. For that, we got sadness on a plate. So we did what any broken, battered travelers would do—we fled to First Watch down the street. There, the eggs were real, the coffee woke us up instead of insulting us, and the service reminded us we were human. The bill? $41, with a tip and our dignity included. Next time, skip the Courtyard breakfast unless you’re into culinary nihilism.

It is in a very convenient area with lots of attractive restaurant/dining options within walking disrance. Unfortunately, the hotel uses way too many plastic products and does not provide any recycling options- they could do MUCH better in this regard! Also, the room had only one chair for 4 visitors. We often had nowhere to sit!

Overall the Courtyard Marriott was very nice. Although there was parking, it was run by the city. I was not aware of the costs associated with parking; however it was only $12 a day. Since our care was an SUV, the spaces were fairly tight. That was the only negative about the property.

The clerk that checked me in was very personable & caring. I asked for housekeeping everyday we were there. They were terrible. Our sheets weren’t changed in the 5 nights we were there. My bed wasn’t ever fully made, the other one was just thrown together 2 days in a row. The bathroom was never cleaned & towels one morning weren’t fully replaced nor the bag in the ice bucket. I had to get them from the front desk. Very disappointed in this Marriott. I could have saved a ton of money staying in a motel 8 with the same treatment I got from this Marriott.
