It was horrible from the beginning of the stay. From the first encounter to valet. The experience was so horrible and unwelcome to where I spoke with the front desk to have the entire stay canceled. I had a lot of luggage to carry and there were no luggage carriers available nor did any of the workers offer to help. I also waited for about 15 minutes before the valet rep asked to park the car. They were not welcoming or helpful. I will never stay at this property

Beds were too hard. Curtains didn’t close , and shades didn’t come all the way down. You couldn’t adjust temperature in room. They only had valet parking and only on person trying to check in cars and get them . Lady bartender at bar was only good service we got there. Find somewhere else to stay , if possible.

Staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable! We hadn’t planned on staying here originally, but we booked it last minute when there was a huge issue with our original hotel. Everyone here was so kind and friendly, and they took great care if us! Room was very comfy too, and the breakfast was good!

The front desk clerk Krystal and another young lady working overnight were extremely helpful and kind. We had to order food from the bartender and she was awesome. We ordered the breakfast buffet which was okay. The gentlemen working was excellent. The variety of food items could have been better and the building was cold. Our room was extremely clean and the hotel was overall great. They also had a snack area where you can purchase items. There was also a 200 deposit at check-in that was not mentioned on the Hotels app. This should be credited back within 3-5 business days.
