The food is awful. The rooms are NOT sound proof. You hear every single plane take off throughout the entire building. The rooms ARE wifi proof. The signal for the public wifi works in the lobby, but not the rooms. They expect you to pay $14.99 for wifi in your room. The kitchen staff is rude, slow, and unattentive. They charge you $7 for a water bottle in the micromart. The beds are not comfortable, and the shower is mid. There is no pool I'd recommend staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton which is a few minutes down the street. The rooms are bigger, nicer, and cheaper than this dump. And the Wifi is free. And they have a pool.

Because I made the reservation at 2am after being stressed by messing so many flights that day. I never saw that check in was 4pm and we needed a room at 2am so I called right back to say I made a mistake with the booking but they wouldn’t listen and never returned by money. So a bad rating for poor customer service and understanding.

We had to stay after a flight was canceled. Hotel is overlooking airport, but when we needed an uber (because the shuttle wasn't running at the time) it cost $55 to go the 6 minutes. Overall it's a nice and safe place to stay with an onsite restaurant.
