I loved the room and the balcony. Nice view of inlet. Elevators are best in AC in my opinion. Location is great for walking. Parking is also cheapest I've had here. $8 Arrived for the snowstorm and made it that much better. Pool is out of commission so that was bummer. Overall would recommend. If you need casino, oceans and hard rock are 10-15 mon walk.

The hot water pressure in the room was disappointingly low, making it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shower. Additionally, the TVs in the hotel were outdated and in need of an upgrade. Overall, these issues affected the quality of our stay.

We were a bit upset because the pool was not available and we called the day before to inquire about it and was told it was available. We spoke with front desk and they were rude, then we spoke to the manager and supervisor who offered a feee stay to accommodate due to the fact that we went to this site for the indoor pool for my birthday weekend
