The property was so handy to the airport and it was fine and the price was perfect. We were only there for a matter of hours but slept well. They have a complimentary yellow bus from the airport but although the instructions fwere clear to catch it, we could not find the location. There are major renovations happening and there is only one collection point from international. It cost us $42.50 to catch a shuttle of about 3km. I am a bit disappointed in that, and the receptionist was very unsympathetic.

The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Did minimal for guests. The walls are paper thin and our neighbour blasted their tv until 4am and then proceeded to cough and sniff when the tv noise finally stopped. Checked 3 times we had the windows shut as the traffic noise was so bad all night. Only good thing about the place was the free transfer to and from the airport. It was cheap but I would pay the extra $30 a night for a good sleep! I would have told the staff all of this if they had bothered to ask on checkout!

Emergency stay

Our connecting flight was delayed and we needed a place for a brief rest before another long flight. We selected the cheapest hotel located just 10 minutes from the airport and, because we only needed to crash for several hours, the plan worked ok. Yet, everything else was strange. Clerk at the reception was not helpful, just pointed the direction, after what we wondered between the buildings on a poorly marked pass, rolling a cart loaded with our bags in the dark, under heavy wind and rain, over a few steps and thresholds. There were puddles of water on the bathroom floor and we used two towels to soak them -- a few hours later they were back, not sure where the leakage was. The door lock didn't work and we chained and barricaded it.
