Nice and cheap last minute accommodation. However, all the bedding and towels etc were stained/dirty. Room itself was ok, beds were comfortable enough and bathroom was clean. Only 1 flat pillow per bed. No extra pillows or blankets in the room.

We arrived in Akl from overseas past 12mn. Arrived at the hotel past 1am, maybe almost 2am. The first room given to us was cold because windows were left open (really? During winter and past midnight?) and has a wet carpet. Reception said the carpet was shampooed (?) Then why gave it to us?!?!? We were tranferred to a better room but the hassle of bringing all our luggages to another room that is not near at wee hours and we also had a kid with us, was just too much. Also, no facial tissue. The property can also do some makeover.
