Cute and Comfortable Hotel

This hotel and the staff are lovely. The rooms are quaint but perfect for a weekend getaway. The beds are comfortable, and they provide soft towels and little bathroom amenities. They have a beautiful terrance that overlooks the bay, and on Friday nights they offer a cheese and wine hour which was perfect after getting off the boat and starting our evening. The only downfall is how thin the walls are. If you do get a room by the stairs, and one near the lobby, you will hear everything.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff, particularly at the front desk, were very accommodating, and the location was excellent. The continental breakfast was also great. I want to highlight the cleanliness of the hotel; it was one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed. Thank you!

My wife and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary. It was a special trip for us visiting the island since we haven’t been here together in many years. When we got to our hotel the exterior walls of the building were being renovated. We didn’t know this was happening and the manager Parker was very accommodating when we found out the exterior of our room was the area that was under construction. He helped turn a bad trip into a great trip. We really appreciate what he did to improve our stay.

Great experience

Great experience, clean room, excellent service. Truly exceeded my expectations. For a relatively affordable hotel there were many great little amenities. Free wine, snacks, desert, coffee. Staff was really great as well.

The hotel aurora was nice. What it lacked in space the professionalism of the staff and the the cleanliness of the place definitely made up for it. I enjoyed my stay very much the only complaint i have to confess is the construction outside had my body twisting like a contortionist.

There were so many hotels on the island to choose from but what did it for me was the roof top view. Simply amazing especially during a sunrise. Melissa at the front desk was so gracious, helpful and so friendly. Only down fall to the hotel was the walls are very thin. I would definitely recommend this hotel when coming to Catalina.
