I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not properly cleaned—only the main walking areas were vacuumed, and the bathtub had hair in it. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were rusted and broken, which was both unsightly and unhygienic. I received a check-in survey and shared this feedback. The manager texted me promising to ensure the rest of my cleans would be “done extra well,” but nothing improved and no one followed up afterward.
The elevators are a nightmare. Wait times were often up to five minutes, and the elevators would sometimes “forget” the request, forcing me to press the button again and start over. Even once inside, rides were slow and frustrating due to constant stops at shared floors like the gym, restaurant, and meeting rooms—usually with no one getting on or off. Staff frequently call the elevator to the lobby and punch in multiple floors at once to try and make more elevators come down, making the experience even more tedious and loud.
Between the poor cleanliness, lack of follow-up, and truly aggravating elevator system, I will not be staying here again. This is not a luxury hotel by any means.
