This is a great place to stay with the sights and sounds of Yaowarat. It's an amazing area to visit for foreigners and natives alike. The rates are very reasonable. With an exception of one saucy late night front desk person, the staff were great. Included breakfast was also a plus.

LOCATION is what drives me stay there in center of chinatown street food. ~30yrs ago Kung Yi $8/Kg now $31/Kg fried live at corner of Yawalot Rd and Soi Texas. Seems like the same chili sause. Luv it! ♡

The rooms were clean and the surrounding area was fun with lots to do. We were really close to the transport system which we used a lot to get around. Even though it was a busy area the rooms were quiet.

Memorable stay at Hotel Royal

Location was good, surrounded by street food stalls. Close proximity to MRT Wat Mangkon and Chinatown bus stop. Walking distance to Khao Lam Rd food street, Song Wat Road Michelin's foodstall, Phlap Phla Chai Rd Michelin's foodstall. Gym was compact but adequately equipped. The pool was ideal for suntanning. Despite the above, the price of the rooms could be cheaper.

Amaxing staff, arrival flight was cancelled and they held my room and offered free breakfast for the rest of my stay, even upgraded my room. Lovely views from the rooftop pool! So close to toursist attractions and so much choice of food.
