Front Desk was grat. Housekeeping was not. Bed was uncomfortable and hard. Not a good experience this time. Usually excellent i will try one more time in the future to see if there has been an improvement

Front desk staff not very friendly. Room itself was very nice, but required a long walk through the hotel, including through the pool area and 2 elevators + stairs to get there

Friendly staff and convenient location

We arrived early and could leave our luggage at the reception and enjoy complementary coffee at the pool area. Our room was ready by 12 and we even received an upgrade to an apartment suite. Staff was very friendly and even assisted making a specific spa appointment. Location convenient to Sukhumvit and Asok metro line stations. Terminal 21 mall in walking distance as are restaurants, sports facilities etc.
