The facilities and staff at the Olivia Balmes are top notch. The hotel is in a location that is convenient and walkable to all major attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

Really nice place. The room was nice, the pool was great, and we walked to most of the tourist attractions or to the hop on hop off bus. The breakfast was excellent, and the supper we had at the restaurant was really good.

I booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child (1 queen bed and a double sofa bed). When checking in, I informed the receptionist that we had an additional 9-year-old child and was willing to pay any extra charge. However, the hotel refused to accommodate us and forced us to book an additional room, which was very frustrating and inconvenient. The extra room they gave us was on the third floor next to the elevator, and the sound insulation was terrible. We could hear everything from the hallway, and it made it very difficult to rest. Overall, the service was unhelpful, and the room quality was poor. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

Very central with great access to most of Barcelona. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from day 1. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Would have been nice for the pool to have been heated but that was our only small complaint.

Great location and interior design! The room is very clean and bathroom/shower/vanity locations are convenient. The stuffs are friendly and helpful which gave us 3 hours early check-in and 2 hours late checkout. We didn’t try the restaurant but it looks nice. The welcome drinks are nice but wish they could have complimentary coffee every morning :-)
