I read the reviews before booking. Beds were comfortable. Staff were professional and breakfast choices were extensive. However, like other reviews indicate, the tubs are disgusting. Some of the updates were done on the cheap-bath walls have cracks. Regardless I would book and stay here again and would recommend.

The room was nice enough and clean. However, the toilet did not work properly but there was no service personnel on site in the evening. Hopefully it has been repaired by now. Just needed the fill valve replaced. Mandy, who worked the front desk was very nice and as accommodating as she could be.

The front desk called in the evening to check that we had everything we needed and that the room was satisfactory. They couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast bar was well stocked...hot scrambled eggs, ham and sausages...I loved the fresh yogurt with fruit and granola.

The beds and bedding were very good. The room itself was tired: refrigerator was not working; the bathtub had been laminated to spruce it up, however, it was peeling off the tub; the bathtub faucet and water control valve were damaged and water flow were bad; and the walls were in rough shape.

Mandy checked us in and she is a true ambassador for this property. What a lovely, friendly woman. Our room looks updated and is very comfortable. The bathroom has not yet been done and definitely the tub could use an update, but for a one night stay on our way south this is perfect.

The tub in our room needs to be replaced. It’s chipped all around the drain and looks rusty. Looks like it’s going to cave in anytime. We had no hot water. The lady at the desk was very helpful. Work had been done prior to our stay and no one reset the hot water tank. We did have plenty of hot water by morning.
