To criticise would be disingenuous, as there was building work and upgrades being caried out The staff were excellent, cleaners and bar staff superb. The front desk reception was good but the real star was Madi the assistant manager. She could get a top job at any world class hotel. Speaking 4 languages and a real flair for customer service she is 10 out of 10. She was brilliant.

Amazing Amazing Amazing!! Fabio was Fabulous!! Friendly staff and great service. Nice assortment for breakfast. Even though some of the property was under renovation it didn’t affect our stay, it just makes us want to come back when the suites are complete. The lake view from our room was breathtaking. The service of all the hotel employees was charming, kind, nice, helped with everything we needed, the hotel room was sweet, clean with a crazy view, the breakfast was delicious, clean and starting the morning with a meal and such a crazy view while eating, it's the most relaxing thing there is. The service was excellent, the view from the balcony was awesome and good breakfast. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The rooms are dated and you can hear the cleaning crew in the morning. There's renovations going on right now.

Highly recommend for a Lake Como trip

The staff at this hotel were the friendliest people we have met in Italy so far. They are extremely accommodating and made sure our trip was seamless and enjoyable. We stayed for dinner and were very impressed by the quality of food.

We very rarely pay and upcharge for a room with a view since we generally just use our hotel room for sleeping. We are so glad we paid for a view. Our room looked out onto Lake Como with the Alps as a backdrop. Spectacular. The hotel is a short 10 minute drive down the hills to Bellagio. If you don't have a car they have a shuttle van that will take you back and forth. The rooms are very comfy and since we visited in February, the heated tile floors were a welcome amenity. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant on site that offers a buffet breakfast and dinner. The breakfast offerings are varied and the dinners we had were exceptional. We were only in the room for two nights but it was so relaxing and peaceful it felt like a week.
