We purchased Delex room, but they sold it to someone for better price and they put us in disability room. We had a bathroom like in the hospital on rehab place for disabled people. Was so upset, they lied to us saying this is the room you paid for. No AC, elevator not working most of the time we have to walked stairs to 11 Th floor. Elevator feet’s 3 people, so slow 🙈, you have to wait for 10 min , then it’s comes- it’s full and you wait again…. You give up and walk upstairs with no AC…. It’s horrible place, don’t go there, please find something better. No stores or shopping around this hotel, you have to get taxi to go eat or shop. Food very bad, every day same breakfast . In Europe people don’t know how to cook good food. In 7 days I had one dish what actually was good. You have to pay for drinks, they very expensive too. You have to pay even for water. I regret for my choice with this hotel. And remember, water temperature is very cold for swimming. Outside was 95 degrees but water never gets worm in this sea , be ready spend so much money for flight tickets and just to get sweat on the beach, you run into the water and it’s so cold that you run back to the beach. We made a bad choice with this vocation, nothing been pleasant .

Good sized room and very clean, staff very friendly, decent food, modern hotel and quite classy in some areas. The pool area for adults it’s too small for such a big hotel, the “ families pool “ is unbearably crowded. Also the smell from the “ BBQ boat “ is annoying if the wind is blowing towards the pool area. And they BBQ with wood, not with any sustainable vegetable coal or such less harmful product. The outside area facing the beach isn’t well kept. In a nutshell, many good things, lesser bad things. A 4 stars hotel mostly catering for the all inclusive holidays companies. Please be aware that the beach does not belong to the hotel. Sunbeds cost 7 euros per day per bed. And it’s quite small and quite crowded with locals enjoying the sunny Benalmádena.

Not much happening in the area, but it’s perfect for a calm, peaceful, and quiet getaway for a couple of days. Fantastic rooftop bar, and the beach outside isn’t exactly 'private', but it’s not busy either, so it was still enjoyable. I would have preferred if sunbeds and umbrellas were offered for free, since we paid a lady for some.

Paid on site parking. Very busy tourist hotel. Totally understaffed in the main bar and the bar by the adult swimming pool on beach front. Check in slow and check out even slower as we needed a Factura which was a major challenge. Receptionist at check in and checl out was the same and she did not fully understand the system. Alas. We booked 3 rooms for 1 night.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The hospitality was warm, professional, and consistent throughout our entire stay. Location: The hotel boasts a fantastic location right on the seafront, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. It's perfectly situated — peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to Benalmádena’s vibrant marina and charming old town for a bit of exploration. Rooms: Our room was modern, spotless, and beautifully designed with a private balcony overlooking the sea. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves each morning. Amenities: The pool area is stunning, with plenty of sunbeds and a serene atmosphere. The rooftop terrace is a must-visit, especially at sunset — truly magical! The spa services were top-notch, and the fitness center was well-equipped. Dining: The food was a highlight. Was really disappointed that I was freezing cold all night & had no sleep. The bed had only a flimsy sheet, with no option of extra blanket or quilt! Finally went to reception to ask if a single sheet was normal as I’d been cold, but their reply was that they’d send a blanket to the room later, which was completely useless as I was checking out shorty after! Apart from that, the hotel was generally very nice, but for me, that’s no compensation for no sleep!
