This well appointed home features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a Wolf six-burner gas range and warming drawer, hardwood cabinetry, granite countertops and slate tile back splashes. Downstairs is a large open concept living space, with a laundry room and powder room, as well as a den. The four bedrooms in Awbrey House are located on the second floor. The Master King Suite features a beautiful bathroom with double sinks and a tiled, open shower with dual shower heads. The remaining three bedrooms all feature Queen beds, and share a full bathroom. Awbrey House is equipped with a flat-screen television, internet access, as well as a gas barbecue grill. This spacious home is conveniently located near neighborhood markets, Drake Park and Downtown Bend.
