I booked this online and was impressed it was as it said it was. We took a taxi from our ship and were allowed to leave our luggage at 9 in the morning. We returned around 1 and our room was ready. The room was small, but adequate and I liked that housekeeping didn't come in each day unless I asked. We could get new towels, etc by asking at the desk, This place had a good breakfast and was central to everything we needed to go, we could walk everywhere.. Highly recommend.

Hotel is immersed in the center of activities. Very convenient and walkable to fjord tours, historic areas, and light rail to and from the airport (affordable and convenient- vs trying to figure out timing for the flybus). Hotel seems clean. Elevators are reliable and frequent. They offered early check in at no additional cost. Only cons- I had a courtyard facing room and that meant loud noises (like glass recyclables sorting?) from 9-10pm and in the early morning. My other issue- the shampoo/body wash was the strongest and worst smelling of all 9 hotels I stayed at on my trip. A minor complaint in the grand scheme of things?

Amazing location. Right in the heart of the area you want to be in Bergen. Right across from so many restaurants, and our day trip was across the street as well. Room was clean, a bit tiny, but had what we needed. Breakfast every morning was amazing.

Great location for visiting Bryggen, fish market, Mt Fløyen. Awesome breakfast; the room for 3 was a bit cramped and a small shower; appreciated the ability to store luggage after checkout but before departure. I would stay here again.

Clean, spacious room, quiet. Staff was helpful when we checked in. Breakfast is amazing compared to United States continental breakfast but comparing to other European hotels, I give it 3 stars. Although, the mini smoothies they had might give it another star. Breakfast area was pretty small as well. The area the hotel is at is perfect. Walkable to many things. I would stay here again!

Easy to get to by Tram from the airport about 40 mins direct. Great location right in the centre. Fantastic breakfast with loads of options. For £6 you can get a box and wrapping to make sandwiches and pastries to take away. Great price compared to the shops. It kept 2 adults and child going until tea time! Beds were comfy and rooms clean. We did book a room clean online that didn’t happen. It might have been our fault so I recommend asking at reception for it. Great stay would happily go back.

Rooms very hot and courtyard view rooms are noisy. However everything else including location is first class. Staff outstanding. Great that you can pay about £7 for a ticket and make a packed lunch at breakfast with boxes and wrapping supplied. Breakfast first class. Staff first class. Cleanliness first class.

Nice place for sure. The breakfast that was included in the room price was outstanding. The area is very nice and tourist friendly. The city in general is very walkable from Scandic Torget.

Amazing harbour views from the "superior" rooms and an excellent all-you-can-eat breakfast make this the ideal city centre hotel. Rooms are modern and comfortable and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I have now stayed here twice and will be back again next year. Highly recommended.
