This was my first stay with Kooook , and i must say it was amazing, Its all digitalized yet personalized, property manager was kind enough to extend my checkout for 1 hour (which is unlikely in Europe) and keep my luggage, Kitchen area is amazing to cook and coffee tea arrangements were fantastic with amazing and modern interiors. every evening i used to look forward to come back to Koook. I will definitely come back and recommend to every one..Thank you

We stayed file people at the kook. Unfortunately One pull out double bed is not wide enough for two. Can be arranged wider. Room kitchen hob is tiny for 5 and did not worked properly. We used main kitchen hob but it was always in use for other people. Ventilation is not suitable for kitchen when you cook. Common Seating are is charming. Location is very good for transport.

It's perfect. There isn't much around the immediate area, but you are literally a three min walk from the trains and a 5 min train ride to downtown. Can't beat that. Grocery store right next door too.

The hotel is right by Wankdorf station with easy access to central Bern and the surrounding area by train or tram. It’s in a business district but it was quiet during my stay from a Thursday to Sunday, There is a coop supermarket in the building for food or snacks too. Really impressed with the amenities in my room which was like a small studio apartment with kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, cooking hob and microwave and lovely shower. There is a communal area also which had a pool table and seating and separate kitchen area. Another nice touch was the ability to restock tea and coffee items for free for your room or even make something to eat in the communal kitchen /break out area. There were items for purchase as well. Definitely will be staying here again if I visit Bern as the room was excellent and modern and reasonably priced for Bern. The Staff on duty were friendly. I used both the train and tram to get into the centre of Bern which run very frequently.

Hotel located in a business district. Not many places to eat. Coop next door shuts at 7pm so we ate in Moxy which was ok and reasonable. Ensure you read your check in emails as there is no front desk all doors unlock with phone. Would have like 2 pillows or at least one thicker pillow.
