Aurinkoinen viihtyisä mökki, josta on suora näkymä merelle ja Fortunes Rocks -rannalle. Ranta on kivenheiton päässä ja tekee mökistä täydellisen pakopaikan tai mukavan lisäpaikan perheelle, joka kokoontuu viereiseen klassiseen Maine 5 makuuhuoneen rantataloon
Sea Cottagessa on äskettäin uusittu keittiö aamiaisbaarilla, uusi kylpyhuone pesulalla, oleskelutila esteettömällä rannalla ja 2 makuuhuonetta.
Hauskoja päiviä 3 mailin rannalla - surffausta, kuorien löytämistä tai melontaa, kuka haluaa lisää?
Opiskelijoiden vuokra saatavana syksyn ja kevään lukukaudeksi 2019/2020, ota yhteyttä kiinteistöpäällikköön saadaksesi lisätietoja.
Tämä mökki sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta The Pool. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi vesipuiston ja pyykinpesutilat. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja parvekkeen.

Would be nice to have some basic spices (i.e. basil, oregano, etc.) in addition to the minimal throw away size salt & pepper. I have stayed at other properties that supplied a much better selection. I had asked host before my stay about these spices and relay was that they would look into it.It the binder include instructions how to adjust the heat. None of the instruction manuals in the cabinet drawer included how to adjust the heat. Days and nights were warm. I tried and ended up with the heat at 75 degrees until somehow I was able to get the temperature lowered. Adjustments were not intuitive.Also to be included in the binder: how to operator the TV. There were two Spectrum remotes along with the TV remote. Operation without more instruction was not user friendly.

Location is amazing, right near the beach to enjoy beautiful sunrises. Sitting on the porch listening to waves was a peaceful way to start the day. Loved our stay. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful stay right across the street from a beautiful beach! Great communication beforehand and with any questions throughout my stay.Area is a quiet neighborhood and away from it all, but not too far of a drive to restaurants and shopping. Cottage is cozy and comfortable with limited storage, so pack light! Kitchen is great for basic meals, and is bright and open. Dining area is small with a hightop glass table, which is hard to maneuver because the stools are clunky and heavy. Luckily there are picnic tables on the property so dining while watching the sunset was amazing! The living area is bright and open. Bedrooms are cozy and comfortable and just big enough for the essentials. Loved drifting off to the sounds of the ocean. The views from the cottage are so beautiful. You look across at the beach and a beautiful pond to the right. Great to soak up the views with coffee in the morning and a glass of vino at night. I know they are regularly working on updates to the cottage, which will only make it that much better! Would be great if they had outdoor dining tables in addition to just picnic tables, as well as a more comfortable dining area inside. A firepit would be great as well. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend. Looking forward to my return! Thank you for sharing your beautiful propery.

A little piece of Heaven

My wife and I stayed at the "Summer Cottage" over the Thanksgiving weekend. We had an awesome time going for walks on the beach and even taking a "polar plunge" in the 45 deg ocean. The host was very easy to communicate with during the stay. We will definitely be going back!!

Perfect Stay at the Beach

We had an amazing time at the cottage! We arrived late and were met with sky full of stars and even saw a shooting star. Fortunes Rocks Beach is across the street and was a perfect place to walk. Communication was prompt. There is a keypad on the door now so no need to search for the key. Very close to UNE. Thanks for sharing!

September ain't August

We had a lovely stay in the declining days of summer. The surf sound from the bedroom was a lullaby. Amenities were just right for a short stay and we enjoyed our time. Just a note.......the house has none of the basic kitchen supplies like sugar, dishwasher detergent, no spices, cooking oil, etc. so bring what you want and need.

Another eeek in Biddeford

Our house away from home this year was in a perfect location. From the small front porch you could sit and watch the ocean (surfers, etc.). Cool breezes on the porch, paddle fans inside. Wandered down to Perkins Cove and Kittery and also up to Freeport and LL bean. Great time on the Marginal way and lobster at Nunan’s and from Wolf farm. Great!! Ready for next year. House was missing a few kitchen essentials like a fruing pan and a lobster pot, but we managed. Cob webs along the veining,but I got some of them.

Lovely Stay!

The Sea Cottage provided us with a lovely stay on Fortune's Rocks. The cottage was well appointed for our needs. The view of the ocean from the cottage never failed to amaze us, and we loved the proximity to the beach. From sunrise walks along the ocean to watching the sun set over the salt march, the location was perfect. Wonderful people with whom to work.

Perfect location. Just steps from the beach. Clean, tidy place. Only lacking places to hang towels and raincoats and whatnot.
