The rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable. The view from the room was stunning – a perfect way to start and end each day. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The location is beautiful. We stayed here 26 years ago the weekend my husband proposed. This weekend we celebrated our 25th anniversary here. The only problems were that there is only 1 hook to hang and reuse towels and there were 2 of us. I put mine on the ground hoping it would be replaced by housekeeping but they never came so day 2 I couldn’t shower. Also there was evidence on the floor and wall next to the toilet that the previous Tennant didn’t make it to the bathroom in time. Quite disgusting. Other than those 2 things which were both housekeeping issues the stay was great! The restaurant was great!

Pictures are VERY deceiving - staff just says “sorry for the confusion” instead of updating pictures online or even trying to make us happy... I booked a cabin thinking we’d be right on the lake with the amazing view (as pictured). When we got there we found out all cabins were located across the street (so your view is the street lol). DEFINITELY NOT worth the money paid. We also hated having to walk across a busy main road just to access amenities. Pool area was small. Would be nice if they had more shade around the lounging areas especially during the summer. Overall was NOT happy with my stay and will not be coming back.

The pictures are not matching the description. It looks like we could see the lake from our room, but the actual cabin is across the street. The cabin is spotted less. It's good for 2 families with full kitchen.

Cozy Big bear cabin very close to the village.

We stayed at the Marina Rivera - the main hotel is under construction so we were across the way at the cabins. Check-in and out were via the app and the cabin had all the amenities you could need including a fireplace and board games. Close by is the new Tropicali restaurant which I highly recommend and we were able to cross over the street to see the lake. We were in cabin 2 near the back which is much preferred to the cabins closer to the road.
