The room was in need of some renovations but was clean and fairly comfortable. The ac/heating unit in the room worked but was very noisy and should be shot or replaced. The free breakfast included some scary-looking eggs…but it was free and satiating. Staff was friendly and responsive. It was a relatively inexpensive, middle-of-road hotel and provided a good place to sleep. Filled my needs.

The hotel was as expected. Conveniently located, clean and comfortable. The staff makes the difference and here the staff truly stood out. Room was horrible. Roaches, food in sleeper sofa, trash behind stand. Fire alarm hanging from ceiling. Did I mention roaches? Not one or two multiple. Felt bad for lady at front desk but wasn’t thrilled when I was told the condition of room was due to weather. This is due to a huge housekeeping problem and poor management. Someone should be checking behind housekeeping staff. I was offered a different room but was not interested. Expedia was able to get room refunded.

It was a pretty good stay other than someone or a few people were smoking in their rooms and it made the whole floor and my personal room smell like they were in my room. The staff does nothing about it either.

We stayed in room 208. Horrible room. The window was very dirty, smudgy discolored panes making it difficult to see out of. . The wall below the shower head was buckled and falling apart from apparent water damage. A section of the wall to the left near the same shower head was plastered over but not painted…poor halfway repair. This room should not have been given to us and there were very few guests, so there were plenty of other rooms available. Or, perhaps this room was in better shape than the others? We certainly overpaid for what we got. The stair climbing machine in the workout room did not work. I could go on…..
