Bathroom is moldy, shower is dirty and the room is beat up. The ac/heat is so poorly insulated it has ice on the top and a very cold breeze coming from all around it. The floor is very cold all around it as well. The staff seemed very preoccupied with whatever they were doing, when I asked for an extra towel I never received it and my husband ended up drying with a hand towel. The key card did not work twice. Had to change rooms. The hallway smelled of dog urine. When we finaly got into a room the bathroom was filthy. Never staying again.

Front desk staff were incredibly nice, however, the room was pretty gross, had a bad smell, and overall just run down. One of the queen beds was completely broken and we couldn’t sleep on it. No cribs were available for anyone who might need one.

Let’s start off with the good. The room was clean. That was the only good. Walking into the building and it was filthy. The elevator was filthy. The hallways were really dirty. The restaurant said it operated until 1am and it did not. The price was high and the drinks were expensive for what it was. The $120 should be $60. Not a place I would stay again.
