Very convenient from the train and going to TD Garden....Couldn't ask for anything more. Had the best espresso martini in the bar. Stayed to attend a concert and thought I'd hear a lot of street noise but didnt...rooms have cool modern feel to them...definitely will stay here again

Hotel was really urban and trendy. Loved the vibe! The hotel was right by the Garden and near the subway. The room itself was clean and while on the smaller side it was perfect for myself and the hubs. The hotel safe was super friendly and helpful.

Good utilitarian space for one

Our 1st night was good, but we came and left through Boston and our 2nd night, check-in was great per usual, but then front desk ambassadors were not as helpful as first night. The room is a great concept, but for a couple staying, there is no privacy, the toilet stall is basically open to the rest of the room, the lights were difficult to manage, and climbing over each other to get out of bed became tedious. I would stay here by myself, good location and safe, but not great for a couples trip.

Everything is controlled on an iPad in the room. This is cool but the climate control didn’t work and there is no way to manually adjust the temperature. The shower was TINY but I did see other rooms with larger showers. It’s pretty bare bones but trendy. I enjoyed the areas outside the room and well as the view.

I would recommend this hotel for couples and single travelers, however for anyone else the room would be too uncomfortable. The room is very nice and clean however the bathroom situation was semi see through with the curtain outside of the bathroom being see through. The room is also not that large but the bed was a nice size and the iPad that controlled the lights, tv, etc was very useful.

Prepaid for a room, which I could not check into because they sold my room to someone else. They charged me and another person for the same room at the same time. Had to change rooms several times due to a water leak from the ceiling, a broken safe, and a broken iPad controller. The iPad controls everything in the room: lights, TV, temperature, and fan.

We were a party of 2 and enjoyed our recent stay at CitizenM North Station. It was easy to explore Boston and the surrounding areas using the hotel as a home base. There were many food options nearby as well as public transportation. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

A stop along the Freedom Trail.
